Betrayal, Love, & Denial

With so many harrowing atrocities being done TO humans made in the image of God BY humans made in the image of God these days and throughout history, we can’t help but ask, “How can someone do something so wicked?” The same question can be asked of Judas in his betrayal of Jesus, the Messiah. The answer to this problem and its solution are only found in the gospel of Jesus Christ: humans who shift all their trust to Jesus are forgiven and made new, their bondage to depravity is broken, and Satan is rendered powerless over them. Unless one's allegiance is to King Jesus, wickedness will seem like goodness.

The God Who Kneels

Jesus is our Creator-God, the only Rescuing Redeemer, and He is our primary Example. As His disciples, where He goes, we go; where He leads, we follow. What He does, we do. In an incredible act of humility, Jesus knelt down and served by washing dirty feet, then said for us to follow His example. Come see the God who kneels, and kneel with Him to serve.

Our Hope For Unbelief

Jesus was sent to be the brilliant light in this dank, dark world. His words and works were the rays of His radiance, shining on so many to see… it was obvious: Jesus is the Light of the World. Surprisingly there were and still are countless millions who do not believe in Him. How can this be? John provides an answer that can either cause us to struggle or provide us the greatest hope for unbelieving hearts. His answer? God’s sovereignty.

The Hour Has Come

Our Coming King

Truth, Tears, & Toppling Tyrants

When we are in the deepest grief, what do we need? When someone we love is struck by sorrow, how can we love and care for them? God’s Work in Jordan and Bringing it Home
